灌裝機(jī)
大容量液體灌裝機(jī)適用于制藥、食品、日化等行業(yè)液體灌裝的包裝工序。使用4只注射泵定量灌裝，計量準(zhǔn)確尤其適用于50毫升至500毫升瓶子的藥液灌裝；采用4-6泵灌裝，可相應(yīng)增加產(chǎn)量。可采用圓盤定位的灌裝方式，泵體及其它和藥液接觸部分采用316L不銹鋼或衛(wèi)生材料；整機(jī)采用不銹鋼制作。根據(jù)客戶包材要求可定制直線式灌裝機(jī)、灌裝旋（軋）蓋機(jī)、灌裝加塞機(jī)、灌裝加塞旋（軋）蓋機(jī)。整機(jī)符合GMP要求。該機(jī)傳動均采用機(jī)械傳動，傳動準(zhǔn)確、平穩(wěn)。噪音小，損耗低，工作平穩(wěn)，生產(chǎn)穩(wěn)定。
The machine is suitable for medical，chemical and food industries.The filling head is 4 heads.The filling precision is high. (The applicable specification is from 50ml to 500ml. Lncrease the pumps can be increased the production capacity.)it can use positioned filling. The pumps and parts which contact the liquid are made of 316L stainless steel or health material. The whole machine is made of stainless steel material. According to the customer' s requirements man can choose linear filling machine，filling and capping machine，filling and stoppering machine，or filling，stoppering and capping machine.the machine fully meets with GMP requirement. The transmission of the machine is mechanical transmission. The transmission is accurately and smoothly. Low noise and consumption，works steady and stable production capacity.
